About
Providence Place
Dear
Prospective Resident,
It is with the greatest of pleasure
that I welcome your interest in Providence Place at Ingleside,
a rental retirement community developed by the Sisters of Providence through the renovation of their beautiful Mother House. The Sisters put a great deal of thought and planning into every detail of Providence Place and are very pleased with the results.
The lovely cloister garden pictured
on our home page gives you an artist's rendition of one of the
two inner courtyards at Providence Place. The building is built
in a square, with four floors and 120 apartments. In the center
of the building is a wonderful chapel, and right below it is
a large, bright and airy dining room.
Providence Place is designed for active,
independent seniors, and its residents enjoy services and amenities
not generally associated with apartment living. For example,
there is free basic cable television, a library, computer and
exercise rooms, and an outdoor swimming pool.
|
And
although each apartment has a fully-equipped kitchen, Providence
Place residents are served their main meal of the day in a restaurant-style
dining room. For breakfast, residents have the option of eating
in their apartments or enjoying a self-serve continental breakfast
in the coffee shop.
What makes Providence Place most unique,
though, is the hospitality and sense of caring Sisters and staff
extend to all -- residents and visitors alike.
If you would like more information on
Providence Place than we are able to provide here, please contact
me directly. I will be delighted to meet with you and will personally
arrange for your tour.
Sincerely,
Richard Pelland, Executive Director
